Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Accepted:
Damaged/Defective Products: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/details for a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Items: Notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Not Accepted:
Change of mind or accidental purchases (unless unopened and in resalable condition).
Opened or used honey products (unless faulty).
Products bought from third-party retailers (contact seller directly).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
